Christopher Chin is an Associate at Project Lawyers specialising in back-end construction law. He represents a diverse range of clients including builders, property developers, contractors, owners corporations and lot owners.

Christopher has a particular focus on building defects advising clients on liability issues, regularly appearing for clients in the Supreme Court of NSW and NCAT, preparing pleadings and defences, and engaging and instructing experts from various disciplines. Christopher’s construction experience extends to having worked on-site for Tier 1 builders on several high-profile projects in Sydney, including the International Convention Centre and Sofitel Hotel in Darling Harbour, Crown Casino in Barangaroo, and Martin Place Metro Station (North and South Towers).

In addition to having attained a Bachelor of Law, Christopher also holds a Bachelor of Arts majoring in International Relations. Christopher was admitted to practice in 2021 and commenced his legal career in 2023.
